What Happens

Your team takes part in a strategic, simulation-based Serious Game that mirrors the pressure of real-time decision-making. This is not a puzzle game—it’s a multi-player board simulation that requires coordination, trade-offs, quick thinking, and trust.

Teams are given a goal, limited time, and imperfect information. Conflicting interests and rapid developments test how well people communicate, prioritize, and lead.

After the game, we reflect on behavior:

  • What roles emerged?

  • Who stepped up—or out?

  • Where did clarity break down?

The experience provides a mirror for your team’s natural tendencies—followed by structured conversation, insight, and possible next steps.

  • A professionally designed Serious Board Game simulating time-critical decision-making

  • Guided observation and behavioral feedback

  • Format: In-person only (physical board game)

  • Duration: Half day (approx. 3.5 hours) or full day (6–7 hours)

  • Group size: Ideal for 15–25 participants (other sizes possible with adaptations)

  • Language: Available in English or Dutch

  • Facilitation fee: €1,800 to €2,400 (based on session length and setup)

  • Game license: approx. €900 per session (flat rate)
