From Profile to Practice

Bring your forgotten personality profile to life—in a dynamic, hands-on setting.

Many teams have done a personality profile.

MBTI. DISC. Insights. It felt fun, maybe even accurate—but then it disappeared into a drawer.

This session brings that profile back to life—through play, conversation, and shared insight. Because personality doesn’t matter until you see it in action.

What This Session Helps With

Use this session when:

  • You want to make earlier personality assessments actually useful

  • Team members know themselves “on paper” but struggle in real collaboration

  • There’s friction, but unclear why—it might be style, not intent

  • You want people to better understand each other without judgment

What Happens

We start with a collaborative Serious Game—often a browser-based escape game—that puts people in action under time pressure. We observe how they behave, what they say, and how they make decisions.

Then, we pull out their personality profiles (MBTI, DISC, Insights, etc.). Depending on the model used, we’ll either:

  • Use a physical floor map where participants can stand in their profile’s space

  • Visualize and discuss differences through team mapping

  • Use AI or peer feedback to connect profile descriptions to observed behavior

We go back and forth between experience and reflection: What did I do? How does it match my profile? Does it explain me—or limit me?

The session ends with small group planning: How can I use this awareness better? How do we adjust to each other, not just know each other?

Tools & Models Used

  • Personality profiles (existing ones reused—no retesting needed)

  • Floor maps or visual models (for MBTI, DISC, or Insights)

  • Reflection prompts and peer feedback

Format & Practical Info

  • Format: In-person preferred (due to floor-based visuals), online possible

  • Duration: Half day or full day

  • Group size: 4–12 participants ideal

  • Language: English or Dutch

  • Customization: Depends on which model is used and how recent profiles are

Typical Investment

Most sessions range from €1,500 to €1,800, depending on duration and format.
Additional preparation or customization (if needed) may add around €600 — though in most cases, that’s not required.

There’s also a fixed license fee of €89 per participant for access to the Serious Game used in this session. This ensures high-quality gameplay and ongoing development of the tool.

All prices exclude VAT. You’ll always receive a clear, realistic quote based on your situation — no surprises.

How This Session Is Adapted

We work with the profiles you already have—no retesting required. And if people don’t fully remember them? No problem.
The session makes the material fresh, lived, and applicable again—without jargon.

Whether your team uses color language, type codes, or something else entirely, we adapt to what fits best.

Outcomes

By the end of this session, participants will have:

  • A deeper understanding of how their personality shows up in action

  • Renewed relevance of their profile—and a sense of what to do with it

  • A shared language for describing and adjusting collaboration

  • More empathy and flexibility in team communication
