Better Collaboration – Full Session

Reveal your team’s real dynamics—then shape how you work, together.

Even well-intentioned teams run into silence, misalignment, or invisible tension.

This session brings those dynamics to the surface through shared experience, guided reflection, and real-time experimentation—helping your team move from vague discomfort to practical clarity.

Better Collaboration – Full Session

A collaborative experience that reveals real team dynamics—and turns insight into action.

What This Session Helps With

Use this session when:

  • You want a safe, energizing way to explore how your team really works together

  • Patterns like confusion, hesitation, or unspoken tension show up—but aren’t easy to name

  • Past trainings haven’t stuck, and the team needs something real, shared, and practical

  • You don’t want a one-size-fits-all solution, but a process grounded in your people

What Happens

The session begins with a collaborative activity—typically a Serious Game—designed to surface authentic team dynamics. It may involve time pressure, strategy, or conflicting priorities—whatever brings out real behavior.

As the team works together, we pause the game at key moments to reflect:

  • What are we noticing?

  • What’s helping or hindering us?

  • What assumptions or habits are playing out?

Together, the group shapes a small action plan—then tests it in the next round of gameplay. This cycle of play → reflect → plan → re-apply may repeat several times, deepening insight and ownership along the way.

Sometimes we use light models (on communication, decision-making, roles), but only when they support what’s already emerging. The session is grounded in what the team experiences—live and in the moment.
